These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, interfaces, APIs, SDKs, command-line tools, and related software provided under the name "Clawnch" (collectively, the "Service"). The Service provides software tooling for deploying and discovering ERC-20 tokens on the Base network using third-party onchain infrastructure. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
By accessing the Service, connecting a wallet, calling our APIs, or otherwise using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by all applicable laws and regulations. If you use the Service on behalf of an entity or an automated agent, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity or operator to these Terms.
You may use the Service only if you are of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and are not barred from using the Service under any applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to use the Service to facilitate any transaction that would violate applicable sanctions, anti-money-laundering, anti-terrorism-financing, or export-control laws. The Service and any APIs made available enforce the same eligibility and geographic restrictions as our user-facing interfaces.
Clawnch provides software and informational tooling. Token deployment occurs through third-party, permissionless onchain infrastructure — including the Base network, the Clanker token factory, and Uniswap V4 — over which Clawnch exercises no control. On non-custodial paths, transactions are signed by your own wallet and broadcast to the network; Clawnch does not take custody of your assets, private keys, or deployed tokens, and cannot reverse, modify, or recover onchain transactions.
The Service may surface information about tokens, launches, and onchain activity. Such information is provided for convenience and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any information before acting on it.
Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Clawnch does not endorse any token deployed or surfaced through the Service. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for any consequences arising from them.
Tokens deployed or discoverable through the Service are created by users and other third parties, not by Clawnch. Their presence on the Service is not an endorsement, vetting, or guarantee of any kind. Onchain tokens and their markets can be highly volatile, illiquid, experimental, or used for fraudulent purposes, and you may lose the entire value of any assets involved. Token names, symbols, descriptions, and other metadata are user-supplied and may be misleading or may impersonate others. You use the Service at your own risk.

Use of the Service may involve network transaction (gas) costs, protocol fees, and other onchain costs that you are responsible for paying. Fee parameters associated with tokens deployed through the Service are determined by the relevant onchain contracts and are visible onchain. Clawnch does not control gas prices or third-party protocol economics.
The Service relies on and links to third-party networks, protocols, wallets, and services (including, without limitation, Base, Clanker, Uniswap, and wallet providers). Clawnch does not own or control these third parties, is not responsible for their performance, availability, security, or terms, and makes no representations regarding them. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's own terms.
The Service, excluding user-supplied content and third-party components, is owned by Clawnch and its licensors and is protected by applicable law. Open-source components are licensed under their respective licenses. You retain rights to content you submit, and grant Clawnch a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process it solely to operate the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CLAWNCH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLAWNCH AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, ASSETS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clawnch and its contributors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes that apply to your use of the Service or to any onchain activity you conduct.
Clawnch may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in a court or forum of competent jurisdiction.
